The main feature of the Aquarama conveyor car wash is its innovative and functional design. It can be configured from 9 to 40 meters in length and fully meets the needs of even the most demanding car wash users.
The Startube car wash tunnel is a closed-system, modularly expandable washing unit that provides fast and thorough cleaning even under high traffic conditions. Contour-following high-pressure washing, brush washing, and multi-stage drying ensure professional results.
Conveyor car wash technology configuration options:
- Contour-following*, side high-pressure washing (*together with longitudinal sill brushes)
- Horizontal high-pressure washing with contour following, tiltable in two directions.
- Brush or high-pressure wheel washing.
- Longitudinal sill washing brushes.
- Vertical brush units (min. 4 pcs) for vehicle washing.
- Horizontal contour-following brushes (1–2 pcs) for vehicle washing.
- Horizontal contour-following brushes (1–2 pcs) for vehicle washing.
- Half-height vertical brushes for enhanced cleaning of the lower vehicle areas.
- Horizontal drying system with dual drying blades, tiltable in three positions.
- Vertical drying system with single or double air outlets per side.
- Cleaning and care product spray arches adapted to the washing phases.
- Motor-driven oscillating wiper unit for perfect drying
